The top receiver is working, the bottom is a parts unit. Both have nice front panels and restorable cases. I've had these in my restoration queue, won't be getting to them soon, and I need the space.

1946 RME 45 Communications Receiver: 1946 RME 45 Communications Receiver with Manual - $175 Plus shipping.
The RME-45 by Radio Manufacturing Engineers, is a single conversion general coverage receiver covering 550 KHz to 33 MHz in 6 bands. The IF is 455 KHz. The ham bands are marked on a separate bandspread dial. Its 10 tubes include two IF amp stages, a tuned RF amp stage, and a voltage regulator for the oscillator. All tubes except the voltage regulator and rectifier are loctal.
Complete and in nice cosmetic condition but untested. Glass is broken on the meter but I will give the buyer another meter he can extract the glass from. Too many projects I will never get too.

For Sale: R-390A Receiver: I am offering for sale an R-390A in good cosmetic and working condition. It has both top and bottom covers and the radio worked well about a year ago. I had checked and set the endpoints on the PTO so, it tracks well from top to bottom and only requires a little dial correction. There is plenty of it, so you can always have the dial reading correctly. It is sensitive and selective. I just don’t use it much anymore and need to thin out the stuff some.
This is for FREE DELIVERY to Xenia/Dayton. That’s a big deal because you don’t want to have to have it shipped. I can also deliver anywhere between St. Louis and Dayton, or any reasonable distance along the way. More pictures upon request. For a small deposit, you can reserve the radio. If not, I may not bring or the price may be higher.
